SID-BID Services
Successful services for a Special Improvement District (SID) or Business Improvement District (BID) depend on the ability of their contractor to deliver a sound return on investment to stakeholders.  Ohio Support Services (OSS) and Ohio Custodial Management (OCM) deliver SID services and BID services that assure value, promote a safe and attractive metropolitan setting, and strengthens the assets of improvement districts.
